• Another controller problem

  Like many people, it seems, I have a Dreamland king-size heated blanket and one of the controllers has packed up. From what I've read, it's not possible to get hold of spare controllers. Imetec website is a blank page. Not happy.

  My controller has gone wrong too. tried to take it apart but there is no easy way to open them and force produced broken clips. nothing was repairable inside anyway (CONTROLLER 972A1) I cant seem to find any website for this company - the controllers seem to be unreliable they should have a website for spares wityh on line ordering a few do appear on ebay but sell at raher high prices, which suggests lots of people have trouble with these controllers

  I have been holding on for most part of the day to speak to different departments of Imetec - but I have just listened to your recorded voice or an unanswered telephone ringing. We now have two Dreamland fleecy underblankets where the controls have gone wrong and, although they are under two years old, we do not have the receipt. We would like to buy these controls. One is for a dual controlled king size and the other for a single controlled double. Both are the fitted type. Can you help???
