Outstanding service

My colleague and I bought identical briefcases but in different colours,in the Summer of 2006 from the Oswestry shop. Unfortunately, I had to return my briefcase to the shop in November as the fasteners broke. The manager confimed the fault and did not hesitate to allow me a full refund against the price of a new briefcase. In the last week my colleagues briefcase has developed the same fault, and on telephoning the shop today they confirmed that she would be given the same credit. Sadly, the Oswestry shop did not have an identical briefcase to my new one, but on ringing the Nantwich branch we discovered that they had a suitable briefcase. The lady I spoke to agreed to send it to the Oswestry shop to await my colleagues collection. We have both been treated with the utmost courtesy and found all the staff to be extremely helpful. We would certainly highly recommend Chrissies to all colleagues and friends.
