Delivering Qualified Leads and Setting Appointments
We focus largely upon setting business 2 business sales appointments for your sales people so that they can focus upon meeting key contacts and winning business. Appointments are qualified according to your “lead criteria” so you can be confident that meetings will not be a waste of time and effort. In addition to setting appointments, where a “hot” lead has been identified, we will also manage “Future Prospects” on behalf of the client, until such time as they come to fruition.
Your call campaign will be carried out by a dedicated resource. Executives will support your own sales infrastructure by managing your sales teams’ diaries, sending confirmation emails (by ghost email), undertaking post-meeting courtesy calls to gather feedback on the strength of the presentation and determining next actions. The extranet will consist of bespoke field population – based upon project requirements. The extranet also tracks the effectiveness of your sales force (collectively and individually) so that sales and marketing managers/directors have a wholly realistic view of how their sales teams are performing and closed sales.
