About Us
Our arborists work throughout the North West for a variety of customers including housing associations, homeowners and private estates.
The company is owned by husband and wife team, Charlie and Andrew Ashworth, and all work is carried out by qualified, experienced tree surgeons.
Our Services
Our tree care and tree surgery services include pruning/reduction, felling and dismantling. We also offer stump grinding, hedge trimming, and tree, shrub and hedge planting.

Buckland Tree Care Ltd is a family run firm based in Cheshire. We have over 27 years of industry experience within our midst and the qualifications and insurances to back that experience up. We carry out a range of services including tree pruning, removal and planting, stump removal and hedge reduction, planting and removal as well as consultancy services such as BS5837 surveys, risk assessments and mortgage reports. Excellent Service
Charlie and the lads are knowledgeable, efficient and professional, They took down a massive scots pins, shredded the limbs and chopped up the trunk within hours, then cleaned up after them, wonderful workmanship and extremely friendly service. Booked them again for more tree work.

Stump Removal Cheshire
Tree stumps can be difficult to remove from the ground, although chemical treatments can stop regrowth they do not remove the unsightly stump itself. We use a self propelled stump grinder to mulch stumps, so that the area can be reseeded or replanted.

During 2012 I had need to call upon you at Buckland Tree Care on three separate occasions. The first was to remove a very large cherry tree that had split and fallen in high winds. The second was to prune all our apple trees and the final visit was to seriously reduce the height of two large willow trees in the garden on which there were tree preservation orders. Buckland Tree Care obtained the necessary planning permission to cut back the willows from the council and then carried out the work in conjunction with the council aboriculturist. The standard of work carried out on all three occasions was exemplary. The cutting back of the two willow trees has not only reduced their height significantly but also left them in a very pleasing shape. The pruning of the apples trees resulted in our having the best apple crop in years. I would have no hesitation in recommending Buckland Tree Care for any work on trees that may be required.
